The Problem + The Solution

Students and Families Shouldn't Have to Navigate Safety Concerns Alone

When bullying, harassment, intimidation, racism, discrimination, or school-related conflicts arise, families often struggle to understand where to turn, what resources are available, or what steps to take next. At the same time, trusted people in communities are already having these conversations every day.

Parents are talking to other parents.
Counselors are supporting families.
Youth leaders are guiding young people.
Attorneys, educators, coaches, advocates, healthcare professionals, faith leaders, and community organizations are helping people find answers.

About BIAD

Building a Student Protection Infrastructure Around “Safety Over Silence”

Superior Enterprises Group, LLC DBA Bullying Is A Drug (BIAD) operates the Student Safety Partner Affiliate Program as part of its broader mission supporting student and employee safety. The program is designed to help expand awareness and access to resources addressing harassment, intimidation, bullying, racism, and discrimination.

Rather than relying on affiliates to independently represent BIAD, the program provides approved messaging, promotional resources, referral infrastructure, and participation guidelines designed to protect both the mission and the people it serves.

Membership + Commission Eligibility

Your Membership Keeps Your Affiliate Benefits Active

An active paid membership is required to maintain commission eligibility and access applicable affiliate benefits. An Active Member is an affiliate whose monthly subscription is current and processing successfully, or whose annual membership term has not expired.

Active membership may provide access to:

Commission eligibility
Affiliate dashboard and portal
Referral privileges
Promotional assets
Affiliate campaign opportunities
Additional program benefits

What Happens If Your Membership Becomes Inactive?

If your membership expires, is canceled, or becomes delinquent:

Referral activity may continue to be tracked, but your commission eligibility can be paused or removed.
Payouts may be blocked.
Portal or promotional-asset access may be restricted.
Commissions associated with periods of ineligibility are not payable unless BIAD restores eligibility following reactivation and payment verification.

Stay active. Stay eligible. Stay connected to the mission.

Program Standards

Protecting the Integrity of the Mission

Student safety requires trust. All affiliates are expected to promote BIAD responsibly and comply with applicable advertising, disclosure, email marketing, platform, and other legal requirements.

Impersonate BIAD advocates, employees, counselors, or staff
Make unauthorized promises or guarantees
Misrepresent BIAD services
Misuse BIAD trademarks, logos, slogans, or materials
Register confusingly similar domains, usernames, or social accounts
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, unethical, or unlawful promotional activity

All BIAD branding, systems, promotional resources, slogans, program names, and related intellectual property remain the property of BIAD. Affiliate access and recognition may be suspended or revoked when program requirements are not followed.

Your Network Could Help Someone Find the Resource They've Been Looking For
